According to article 335 of the UAE Penal Code, any person who commits suicide will be punished six months' of imprisonment or a fine not exceeding AED 5,000 or both.
as well as anyone who incites or assists another by any means to commit suicide if suicide occurs or proceeds to commit suicide shall be liable to imprisonment.
