Working for an Israeli company, but living in Germany
Hi! I am currently working for an Israeli company, and am considering moving to Germany (and keep working remotely). Will I be bound to labor laws of Germany (i.e. maternity leave, etc...)? Or to the Israel ones? Thank you in advance!

Hi, It depends on the entity you will be legally working for. Will it still be be the Israeli entity (operating under Israeli law)or a German local law entity (can be a local subsidiary of the main Israeli company? Even if you still work for the Israeli entity, you need to check in German law if Germany lets workers on its land without Social Security payments etc.
