Consider that I want to provide a service of fitness coaching In the Czech Republic. You must have a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, in order to initiate the business. However, if I get a client from another country, what happens if I don’t meet the qualifications provided in the country of origin of this client?
Furthermore, I have registered the business in the Czech Republic, however, I am traveling to a different country. Therefore, at that moment I am providing the online services while physically I am in a country that I do not have the legal qualification to provide the services.
And the worst-case scenario, what if both of us (me and the client) are in the same country when the only connection between me and the country which I’m licensed in is the business I “bill” the client through? Is any of this an issue?
