My neighbor has a spa and its equipment is located right next to our joint property line. I tried to communicate with the neighbor, they informed me explicitly that they are not going to do anything.
After reaching out to the city, I found out my neighbor didn't have the permit for a pool/spa. What should do I need to do next?
