Ways to terminate a franchise agreement
I am a franchisee of a franchise contract, and I want to exit it. Can I exit a franchise agreement by common law breach of contract, or must the termination be included as a clause in the contract?

The Franchise Agreement enables the parties obligation to perform the agreed terms, conditions and Cessation of the Contract. Force majeure is an common clause of an agreement where non performance of any agreed terms and conditions by one party will be examined by the court of law to discharge the party for non performance of the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement (Natural Calamities, Inflation, Abnormal Price Rise etc are examples) Thanking you. This is a complicated but good question If the franchisor has committed a repudiatory breach of contract , then you can accept that repudiation and terminate if not then you should give notice in accordance of the agreement
