Was I fired before my resignation date?
I submitted my letter of resignation with a two-week notice, and all my company access was revoked immediately. (security privileges, domain access, email access, dropbox, etc.). My boss insists I was not fired, but having no ability to work whatsoever it certainly feels like I was. If I was fired, I am entitled to severance pay, and I am curious as to what legal basis I may have.

No, with accordance to the Labor Code of the Philippines, employers are required to provide a written contract termination notice explaining the causes for termination of employment. For termination due to unjust causes, the employee is entitled to have an opportunity for explanation. In your case, you're not fired and your contract is valid.
