i have moderate to severe chronic facial pain. im in incessant agony(legally disabled due to the pain i get!...). if someone unduly aggravates it i have the right to sue for the change in my medical condition. i am the victim of targeted slander/lies/harassment from old rivals that have decided that lying is easier than winning. this is causing me considerable pain and agony. they are using the platform "Discord" to slander me. i have tried to contact discord, but they are refusing to look into the *PRIVATE* messages between the two involved. they keep telling me to use the report app. all that does is allow me to report what i can see, their lies, which in no way individually violate discord's T.O.S. and they refuse to allow you to add feedback or look into the matter on their own. they say things like "As with every new change, we're definitely keeping everyone's feedback in mind. Currently. there is no option to add additional feedback to your report." so, they care about our feedback, but dont care about our feedback. and refuse to look into the matter. they are compounding the pain issues the 2 liars have started. what's the easiest way to force them to look into the matter? start a lawsuit against them for the information and the physical pain and suffering their harmful policy is causing me? since dealing with discord my pain has doubled because of their policy.
