A contract is unenforceable if it's illegal, immoral, or against public policy. Furthermore, some contracts may be unenforceable due to a lack of consideration or because they are written in a way that makes them difficult to understand. Lastly, some contracts may be voided if one party was fraudulently induced into signing them.
