I received two tickets nearly thirteen years ago in Alabama, US. I was sentenced to imprisonment for unrelated charges. After I got released, I was informed that my driver license is because of the mentioned tickets. I contacted the court and they are unable to find any records or information regarding the tickets. I can't pay the reinstatement fee until the tickets are paid, is there a time limit for the court to find the tickets?
