To what degree would a civil court defer to a criminal court decision?
If someone was convicted for a crime(as well as a tort, such as fraud), and was subsequently contested for fraud, to what degree is the criminal court's decision (to a standard of "beyond all reasonable doubt) binding upon the civil court?
