Time limitation in England
I paid 150 k to an exchange company with one shareholder/director who passed the way before transferring money. The company was terminated and there is no footprint of the money. How much time do I have to file the application against the company?

In most commercial matters you have 6 years from the date of the event to bring a claim.

I think it should be 5 years for commercial matters.
