Depending on the type of food( drinks included) you may need to Register with environmental health service at Glasgow Local Authority or you may just need and approval to operate. If it is your intention to make prepare or handle dairy, fish or meat to supply other businesses you may only need an approval. Contact the Glasgow Environmental Health Services and the will provide detail guidance. Before making contact to save time go to food standards.gov.scot/business-and-industry/advice-advice-for-new-businesses And a quick test could show you who to contact and if you need to register your food business

Thank you for your enquiry We will need a bit more information about the business, structure, activities, any employees and then we will be able to tailor advises accordingly. You would need to ensure compliance with the Local Authority and that appropriate food hygeine training has been undertaken. Please email us with more information kind regards High Legal Solicitors
