Daughter was going to buy a house in grain valley MO with full basement for apt for me. I am almost 77 with some medical issues. I wired her 5000. For escrow, then she said she needed 3000 more to make sure she got the house. Loan was in husbands name. They said they didn’t get the house. She said they didn’t get the money back and got really. I called title company that said only 5000. Was put down and it was returned to Michael Carpenters. He deposited it in his bank on Jan 10. I have a copy of the check. She is real ugly to me an now won’t talk. She has my 8000. I want it ck. All her text messages were full of lies and ver ugly. What do I do?
