I am an Indian national, employed full-time currently. I got my German job seeker visa approved and planning to enter Germany for job search. Is it legal to remotely work for my Indian company while looking for job in Germany on job seeker visa?

No. It is not legal to work remotely for Indian company with a job seeker visa in Germany. Alternatively, you can work remotely in Germany with a freelancer visa. After entering Germany, you can apply for Freelancer residence permit and then you can work remotely.
