I live in the UK and I’m renting a flat in the Netherlands. My tenant gave me a deposit but the agreement states that he has to pay one month in advance. Now two weeks have passed since we signed the contract but I have received no money. If the tenant hasn't moved into the property so far, is there a way to terminate the contract?
