Due to my visa status, I had to leave my rental apartment on very short notice (1 month). The owner agreed to use my caution deposit to clean the apartment and give me the remaining. Later, I received a threatening email from his partner, claiming that we have destroyed the apartment. However, the only issue that I am aware of is that we left some clothes in the apartment. Could anyone advise me with this regard?
