Do non-resident directors of a UK Ltd company need to file a personal tax return if they are not employed at the company and haven't received any payment, rewards or other benefits from the company yet?

The Board of Directors (Whether Residents or Non-Residents)are required to comply the Income tax Rules of UK.Even though the Non-resident Directors are not drawing any remuneration the Tax Returns are required to be filed along with the other Directors of the Company
