My wife's son had altercation with me whilst on holiday with us.My wife and I are English and we live in Spain.
Police was called and I was arrested based taking to the station and locked up in Jail for over 26 hours before taking to court to be released. Throughout the process no one was taken my statement I feel my human right has been taken away and punishing me only based on one sided story
