I took a walking tour with GuruWalk in Naples. I left the tour midway because of something the guide did which offended me. Later, they falsely alleged me of misdemeanour during the tour. They even put a public comment on my review for them alleging me of something which was untrue and baseless. Although they later deleted the public comment, it was a violation for me and to me it is a defamation as multiple users would have their public comment alleging me without proof. I do not have a screenshot of the public comment but they also messaged me directly.
