My mother passed out six weeks ago. My sister lived with her and took care of her for a long time. Our brother is the executor of the will and has given our sister "time", however, although he has told me twice that she is going to leave the house, she hasn't so far. She also refused to provide me with a copy of the will. Are my sister and niece legally able to stay in the house without showing the will? I am seeing an attorney next week.
