Generally speaking, a contract will hold up in court as long as it was entered willingly by both parties and intended to be legally binding. If either party can prove that the contract was not entered into willingly or that the terms of the contract were not fully understood by one or both parties, then a judge may rule to invalidate the contract.
If the Parties involved in the Contract are not competent or unsound mind the Contract can be put on Hold by the Court
