Is it legal for a school to force a child to call their parents while they listen in on the conversation on speakerphone not allowing the child to tell the parent they are on speakerphone. Also telling the child what they have to say
The conduct of the school management is legally unjustifiable. It is an illegal conduct with serious human rights implications. The parents should seek legal redress in the interest of justice!

School administration can't force a child to do such things. Even a teacher isn't allowed to put finger at the student in the class it's embarrassing and illegal.
