I'm producing some applications that will rely on RSS feeds for their contents. They will never collect the feed data, and continuously pull the fresh atom XML from the server. However, the site owner has demanded that I remove the app. I disputed them stating that it is fair use, and refused to remove it. Will I face any troubles?
