I was robbed while sleeping in a ICU waiting area for family members, the room was under surveillance, and it's designated for the safety of families to sleep. But I awoke to all my credit cards, husband's cell phone, and his whole wallet and credit cards stolen. Keep in mind my husband was having a heart and kidney transplant. I did make a report with the hospital's security, and a over the phone police report was made this all happened on Jan 6th, I haven't heard anything from the hospital nor police and today is Jan 11th. Do I have grounds to sue the hospital?
