Police were let into my house by my very distressed mother before I got to the door (I would have checked warrant, ID, etc through the door first).
After I ascertained that there was no warrant for entry, and asked them to leave. Was that legal for them to remain in the property despite two occupants who would not have let them in asking them to leave?
