Reviewing a contract
A contract has been drafted between Railway Transportation Company (Iran) and a Russian company. The former aims to buy railway equipment from the latter. The contract is drafted in two copies, English and Russian. However, the English version is the primary source. There is a need for a lawyer or a legal advisor who would review the draft and give advice for possible amendments.
