The President of our seniors association submitted a letter of resignation through email without any signature. Is her resignation binding legal, and executory.

According to the Philippine Labor Code, a written notice of resignation is generally required to indicate the employee's intention to resign, the effective date of resignation, and adhere to the agreed notice period.
