Hi, I'm renting a studio apartment with a private landlord in a shared house and recently struggling with the increase in my rent likewise suffering from mental health problems and damaged disc to one side of my back while still receiving permanent treatment. I explained my situation to him but he refused and issued me with an eviction notice to leave the property and will also, get an eviction notice from the court by the end of February which I must leave as well. Could you please advice on what to do next.
