Real state contract review
I'm going to sell my house to a couple who both of them want to have its ownership, but when they sent me the required contract documents, the wife’s name was just written with a pen in handwriting, and I think it would be illegal. Meanwhile, it is a beneficial deal for it and I don’t want to lose it. How can I manage it easily and legally to keep them interested in the contract?

It may depend on the governing law of the conclusion of the contract. But in general, if one party unilaterally changes the terms of a contract, it needs to seek parties’ approval first. since contract law requires that all parties agree to the terms provided and signed.

Good day. The sale of a property requires the parties to be identified by a notary. Furthermore the deed is normally by the notary himself
