Hello dear friends,
I have a question. It would be my pleasure if you can help me.
As a personal preference, I would like to buy a residential property in Goa, India. But I am afraid of some things. First of all, I don't know whether I can become a permanent resident of India after purchasing the property. Then, I wonder if I can enjoy any tax discount, while I am paying high rate tax in my own residence and don't want to increase my pain. Ad my last question is about the time I am not using my home in Goa. Is this legal in Goa to rent it via Airbnb remotely?
