Wise (TransferWise) recently behaves strangely, I contacted customer services, No response, get ghosted. The problem I face is my customer transferred money to me but my transactions are stuck at receiving. The app crashes whenever I tried to validate it. I lose money in the process.
I have written to them, but no response.
