I have a question about a GA Birth Certificate. My birth certificate is so strange it is missing several key items of information. 1. Shows record of birth instead of certificate of live birth. 2.No number at the top in reg or certificate number 3 doesn't list single, twin or triplet 4.no time of birth 5.no doctors name 6. No hospital 7. Date it was sent to register.
