Hello,
we are looking for support in the preparation of Power of Attorney.
Our president wants to authorize a person to sign documents for our company FRYING JELLY LLC
Can you help us prepare such a document? I create a draft of the POA but we are not sure if this document is proper for us. Also, automatic generators of such documents do not have all the functions that would interest us. We want to be sure.
Also, we would be grateful for an estimate of the costs of it.
We can only do it online because we are not in the United States.
