One client of mine made a call earlier today. He is an Iranian-German who sold a hotel in Germany through a notarised authorisation in Iran. The buyer who is another Iranian had made a contact and threatened the client for a criminal suit in Iran. I wonder if it is possible for a probable claim considering the sale of a property in Germany to be filled in Iran.
