Hi. I got injured whilst on duty on 19 February 2023. I went to Sanford hospital in Sioux Falls. After poor treatment I had to go back two days later and underwent two surgical procedures. Lost a big piece of skin and soft tissue due to infection. Muscle fused onto flesh and lost partial movevent in my left foot obstructing me from driving a vehicle with a clutch. I was booked off from work and my employer asked me for a doctors note to come back on duty. I provided the doctors note on the Thursday to say I can go back on light duty and that I have lost partial movement in my foot and the Sunday I was send back to South Africa. My employer dont answer my mails and the workmans comp stopped the payments and also dont answer the mails that Ive send to seek medical attention in my own country.
