The question of personal data protection.
How is video recording, recording and storage of a seminar generally regulated in Croatia?
Are there any legal peculiarities if the same happens in the Zoom environment?
What is the legal norm for asking the participants for their consent to record a seminar, without knowing for what purpose and how the organizer will use the recording and how long the organizer will keep it?
How justified is it to ask the participant(s) for a waiver to use the recorded material for personal use if the seminar is created by all the participants, i.e. there are co-authors?
How is the organizer legally obliged to collect data in this way and to store and process the collected data?
In this case, are there any differences between a legal entity and a natural entity?
