Particular regulations regarding the annual report and other shareholder information disclosure in Canada
As far as I am aware of the subject, when you hold shares of a publicly traded corporation via a broker, the broker is bound to deliver to you the related investor information from the company (like annual report, share voting documents, and more). What precise laws and/or regulations in Canada discuss the broker's obligation to forward this information?
