Open Source Brand Infringement
There's an open-source software called Foo which is used for cooking recipes. A few years ago, a different corporation published their own cooking recipes app under the name FooApp. With no trademark on Foo, what options does Foo have to stop FooApp from using their name?
  • Canada
  • Intellectual Property
