Dear Sir / Madam,
Im Saravana Kumar from Kaiser Knitting Company, Tirupur, India.
Few months back (Sept 2023), I have shipped kids knitted garments to US worth USD.$.160,796.16 against order from a buyer name PINK N BLUE Inc, NY, USA upon payment term LC at Sight for which I still have not received the payment.
Whereas the buyer PINK N BLUE Inc in collation with his nominated forwarder INNOVATIVE INTERNATIONAL Inc. has fraudulently taken possession of the shipped goods as soon as the goods reached the port of destination NY without making payment to the LC opened by is bank Israel Discount Bank, NY and without collecting any necessary original documents from the bank.
Despite several reminders from various source, buyer still have not made the payment for the shipped goods. I’m expecting your favorable reply in this regard that how to take legal action against him and recover my money.
