hi, i worked as a full timer for a bakery shop at my home town last month. the reason i’m writing this is because i was given a salary of a part timer. i don’t quite understand as i just graduated from high school. other than that, there was also no contract whatsoever when i work there for the past three months
furthermore, i was told because i was working full time shift but only for a period of time that’s why i am getting paid as a part timer and that the public holiday replacement are count as unpaid leave.
finally, is this a law or do they just don’t want to give me the minimum salary?
