Hello my issue is that my landlord ignores the pest control, there have been Roches here for almost 3 months and he hasn't done any thing and there is mold in our shower. I live in dorm like place because i'm a student and can't afford anything better. I was wondering if there are laws (in Latvia) that could help me or i just have to cope with it?
