My GP supplied incorrect information to DVLA
My GP provided incorrect medical information to DVLA resulting in my loss of driving entitlement and earnings. The correct information should have been available to him but medical records had not been updated and GP was unaware any such information existed until he telephoned me, then he went to great lengths to change what he had previously stated but it was too late, DVLA had already taken my license and my livelihood which took £1,000 in legal fees to get returned from DVLA. I now wish to claim from my healthcare provider's for my loss of income and the expense of legal costs, and for the hardship and anxiety caused to myself and my family.
