I have a tenancy that has 6 month break clause and im in month four, but we have had multiple issues with our landlord with bills and fixing priblems in the flat - not done professionlly and wants us to pay for them. And he also treats us with complete disrespect . We have found a new flat to move into, but i need advie on how to end my current ocntract earlier that the break clause.
