Hi I just want some help really, my partner had an arrangement with someone over a van he got from my partner there was a signed agreement between themselves of when it would be paid each month and he has never stuck to the agreement and not paid what he should of, he has now moved to Australia and ignoring all messages and he still owes £3200 . Is there any action we can take against him?

Yes if there is a legal document that he had the other side agreed upon? It’s down to him legally. I can advise on a way through this. Let me know Best

Yes, action can be taken against the partner who moved to Australia in the UK courts, as well as the Australian court. This is because the UK and Australia have a mutual agreement.
