I am going to marry with a Belgian man, our marriage will be in Jakarta, and will be registered by Catatan Sipil Indonesia (Indonesia Registry Office). My fiance lives and works in Belgium.
After married, I am planning to move to Belgium and live together with him (my husband) and register our legal marriage in Belgium.
Is it possible to make Marriage Agreement in Indonesia that cover assets located in Indonesia and Europe/Schengen or worldwide?
Could you please refer me to a notary who can do such marriage agreement? and how much estimate cost for that?
If there is a divorce in future, which country court should we going to?
