Legal contract review question
I want to register a branch of a German company in my hometown Ohio to operate a business, but I don't know the German law on a franchise, and my lawyer is not aware of it. I am looking for a German lawyer to clarify the legal provisions and draft a contract that guarantees the benefits and advantages of the franchise. What is your reasonable suggestion to have an appropriate proceed?

There are some steps to fulfill such as preparing documents for review, submitting application of tax residence certificate, applying for entity registration certificates, and… to have a better proceeding; it is better to have a German lawyer beside to help you have a better view on your proceedings.

I suggest you draft a business agreement for Opening of a Franchise office or Dealership business agreement as per your country's laws and send it to Germany for finalizing of the Terms and Conditions of the Business Agreement between the Foreign Parties.If both the parties will agree and sign on the Agreement it will be operational. In the Agreement Dispute resolution Para has to be added to settle any disputes or differences arised in the course of business.
