Can a lawyer write a false statement letter on behalf of their client to get information on a corporations financial status from a municipal government.
The lawyer sent a letter to the municipalality office thats states that their client is creditor of my company and demands the municipal give information on the assets of the corporation in which is paying taxes.
The municipal gave that information as directed by the lawyer.
The lawyers client has NO qualifications in any way the he is a creditor.
