Labour law in Canada
Dear Canadian fellows, My question is on Canadian labour law. I work remotely for a Canadian company. In my contract, there has been referred to general term "labour law". I wanted to ask, whether this law is Indian law or Canadian law. If we face a problem in the future, do I have to go to Canadian courts, or I can go to Indian courts. Thank you in advance

Have you checked the 'governing law' clause of your contract?
