Joint venture between individual and a business company
I want to start an international joint venture with an Italian software company. Is it possible to establish an international joint venture agreement between an individual and a business?

In any Joint venture agreement between a company and an individual for any lawful business is required to be Registered under Companies Act. Both the parties are required to personally present or through their Authorized representative to Sign and Register the Joint venture agreement as per Companies Act. Thanking you.
