In any Joint venture agreement between a company and an individual for any lawful business is required to be Registered under Companies Act. Both the parties are required to personally present or through their Authorized representative to Sign and Register the Joint venture agreement as per Companies Act. Thanking you. Good day and thank you for your query An international joint venture (JV) - as well as any other form of partnerhsip - can certainly be established between an individual and a business. A JV is a business arrangement in which two or more parties (business or individual) agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. This task can be a new project or any other business activity. In a JV, each of the participants is responsible for profits, losses, and costs associated with it. A JV can be formed between any one of the following legal structures: limited liability companies (NewCo) or partnership agreements
