Is my employer liable for discrimination by forcing me to have desktop wallpaper that hurts my eyes?
My employer forces all work computers to use the same desktop wallpaper. Currently, it is very high contrast and the colours are over-saturated. It causes eye fatigue and makes text on the desktop hard to read. Are they liable for discrimination by not allowing me to have a desktop wallpaper that works better with my vision needs?
